“現在從大廠出來的年輕人工資要得太高了!”

2021年12月下旬的一天下午,公司中層袁立微笑著送走面試的年輕人后,忍不住向同事發出了這樣一句感嘆。

按照袁立的評價,這位年輕人“簡歷很是光鮮”,碩士畢業,學校也很不錯,實際工作經驗雖不到兩年,卻已經在行業內幾個老牌企業試過水,又在快手待了半年多。但當聽到對方開出的薪資時,袁立卻不禁倒吸了一口氣,“這也太高了”。

對方在快手的薪資2萬+,16薪,這次應聘的期望是在此基礎上再漲一些比例。但顯然,這并不是大廠之外的絕大多數普通公司所能承接的。

這樣的情況也并非個例。從“雙減”引發的在線教育裁員潮,到反壟斷下互聯網巨頭陸續裁員,已經有不少網友發出諸如“大廠難進,去小公司心里又有落差”、“每天都在看工作,但福利、薪資都不太盡如人意”、“薪資福利達不到之前的水平”等感嘆。

中國有句古話:由儉入奢易,由奢入儉難。當互聯網高速發展的泡沫逐漸褪去,大廠的高薪資和高福利還能繼續下去嗎?那些被大廠“慣壞”的年輕人又該何去何從?

方黎至今仍然記得2020年7月入職字節跳動第一天時的場景。

而宋桔所在的公司猿輔導雖然算不上互聯網巨頭,但因為趕上在線教育的浪潮,也和大廠的福利對齊。

2021年5月,宋桔成了猿輔導旗下斑馬AI課的一名帶班老師。因為在上一份工作中吃了不少虧,她當時的期望是“正規大公司工資能發得準時點,管理規范點”。這份工作的底薪不算太高,加上績效,5000元左右,但比上一份工作多了一倍。再加上晚上十點以后打車費報銷,以及每天都有的“水果+飲料+兩三個零食”的下午茶,宋桔對這份工作還是比較滿意。

互聯網行業已經成為了年輕人求職的首選。據58同城發布的《2021年高校畢業生就業報告》顯示,大學生在就業行業選擇上,IT、電子、通信、互聯網行業求職熱度不減,不出意外地成為最受畢業生歡迎的行業,占比達到高達19%。

顧盼在字節跳動加速擴張的2018年加入。他在2017年大專畢業后,第一目標是去互聯網公司,但因為阿里、騰訊要求學歷是本科生,擴張中的字節給了他機會,他在江浙一個城市的直營中心做銷售,第一個月工資就達到了7000元,多少讓顧盼有些驚訝。

而長期以來數不盡的復盤、開會等“無效加班”也讓他覺得厭倦與枯燥,再加上隨著2020年下半年字節商業化大調整,顧盼所在的部門業務范圍發生了較大變化,薪資大幅下滑,他最終裸辭離開了字節。

小滿同樣在字節的加班文化上感受到了現實與理想之間深深的落差感。據她回憶,自己所在的部門是彈性工作制,且沒有加班費,部門規定下班時間為晚上10點,但自己實際上常常工作到晚上11點,最晚一次甚至凌晨3點才下班。那天,小滿從公司出來一路哭著到了家,“精神恍惚,擔心自己隨時會倒下,卻不敢告訴家里”。

無獨有偶,在各類社交平臺上,不乏對互聯網大廠們高強度工作壓力的吐槽和抱怨。

一位在阿里、網易兩家大廠都待過的博主就曾分享稱,自己畢業后毅然放棄歐萊雅管培的offer,闖進互聯網,兩年多時間內年薪漲到了30萬+,但身體和心理卻慢慢疲憊不安。在阿里時,“一口氣到凌晨是家常便飯,領導拍腦門定的超高KPI加上PUA,以至于自己長期都在超負荷運轉”,很快就開始不停生病,精神也十分抑郁,后來跳到另一個大廠依舊沒有過多緩和。

而同樣讓這位博主不再“迷信”大廠的,還有自己的“可替代性太強”?;ヂ摼W注重效率,追求快,卻也意味著員工在大廠標準化的工作流程下,更像是一顆顆簡單的螺絲釘,不停重復著一樣的工作,卻感覺不到自我的提升。

大廠的高薪本身也是一個很有欺騙性的概念。因為即便在同一家公司,不同崗位的薪資也相差甚遠。比如2021年校招,各互聯網大廠在算法、產品等崗位開出的年薪都是20萬元起,部分表現優異的校招生,甚至能拿到更多。但地方城市的運營、審核崗位普遍在五六千上下。

從2020年年末以來,互聯網反壟斷就進入了強監管時代,一年多時間里,阿里、騰訊、美團、京東、百度、滴滴、字節跳動等多家互聯網巨頭無一例外都相繼收到了來自市場監管總局的反壟斷“罰單”。

至少,從財報來看,很多風光的互聯網大廠正在更多呈現出一種增速放緩或者不賺錢的形象。數據顯示,2021年第三季度,阿里非公認會計準則下的凈利潤同比減少39%至285.24億元,騰訊非國際會計準則下的凈利潤則同比下滑2%到了317.51億元,京東凈利潤由盈轉虧,同比下滑137.12%,而百度凈虧損166億元,同比下滑221%……

這背后有互聯網流量見頂的原因,同時也與強監管的到來不無相關。在過去的多年間,廣告和電商為互聯網大廠們提供了一個通過流量變現“掙快錢”的完美模板,但2021年以來,教育和游戲領域紛紛迎來強監管,各大互聯網大廠的相關廣告業務也隨之受到沖擊。

各家大廠的Q3財報顯示,騰訊廣告收入增速降至了2017年以來的最低點,百度廣告營收也陷入低迷,從上季度18%的同比增速,下滑到了6%,而字節也在2021年11月被傳出,“過去半年國內廣告收入停止增長”。

在此背景下,2021年末,不少大廠都不約而同地提到了“降本增效”、“開源節流”、“去肥增瘦”等關鍵詞。一些不賺錢甚至還在大量燒錢的非主營業務被裁撤,以及因政策發生變化的業務也不得不進行縮減。
