前言

很多時(shí)候，我們的美美滴開發(fā)完了，并測(cè)試完成之后準(zhǔn)備打包上傳到APPStore，卻發(fā)現(xiàn)被拒絕了，各種各樣的理由讓我們觸不及防，一直想整理匯總一下卻一直因?yàn)楦鞣N事耽誤著，好吧，整理了一些典型的方便自己日后查看（持續(xù)更新....）。

被拒原因分類

• Metadata Rejected 元數(shù)據(jù)被拒絕。

  點(diǎn)擊錯(cuò)誤，在跳轉(zhuǎn)的網(wǎng)址中， 回答并發(fā)送被拒信息中的問題就ok了。 itunnes中，不需要再提交審核。 等蘋果公司回復(fù)郵件之后， 該應(yīng)用會(huì)被自動(dòng)上線。

** 很多人都說不需要重新提交，可是有時(shí)候我們回復(fù)了郵件后好久狀態(tài)還是沒有改變，我的做法是回復(fù)完后再次提交審核，并發(fā)上發(fā)生一封加急審核的郵件，在郵件中就說，很快就會(huì)被審核，也算是耍了一個(gè)花招。**
我們這個(gè)應(yīng)用有很多用戶在等待使用，麻煩您幫忙盡快審核通過，謝謝了

另外你可以在iTunes -> 活動(dòng)->APPStore 版本中看到，審核的時(shí)間都是在夜里凌晨，證明審核人員都是在美國(guó)本土的，所以回復(fù)信息和說明最好是用英文比較好。

  需要修改問題后重新生成二進(jìn)制文件，并再次點(diǎn)擊審核按鈕上傳排隊(duì)等候?qū)徍恕?/p>

常見被拒原因

需要說一下的是，以下的這些問題，也許你的應(yīng)用里面有體現(xiàn)但是還是有可能審核通過，原因可能是審核人員當(dāng)時(shí)心情好，或者他們沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)，也有可能你的應(yīng)用沒有以下問題而被拒，很正常，畢竟他們有一千種理由拒絕你......../笑哭

1.應(yīng)用的業(yè)務(wù)流程使審核人員感到迷惑

于是我認(rèn)真的把這幾個(gè)問題盡可能詳細(xì)地回答了，并翻譯成英文回復(fù)了審核人員的郵件，再次提交了審核，并馬上發(fā)了一封加速審核的請(qǐng)求文件，就這樣給過了。

2.截圖不夠詳細(xì)被拒

**不足以？翻譯的很準(zhǔn)確，就是不足以，意思是說，截圖太少了，于是我果斷的又增加了幾個(gè)應(yīng)用截圖，果然給過了。

3.強(qiáng)制登錄被拒

5. 1.1 Legal: Privacy - Data Collection and Storage Guideline 5.1.1 - Legal

我用英文回復(fù)了那封郵件 差不多100字，來說明我這個(gè)應(yīng)用為什么要在用戶查看某些功能時(shí)需要強(qiáng)制登錄是因?yàn)檫@些都是跟用戶個(gè)人信息有關(guān)的所以需要登錄。

并在APP新版本的備注區(qū)也加上回復(fù)郵件的那些話（漢字，并不是回復(fù)郵件的英文）。再次提交審核就過來，看來審核人員還是挺通情達(dá)理的。??

4.應(yīng)用內(nèi)包含檢查更新功能

iOS 應(yīng)用的版本更新必須通過 App Store 進(jìn)行，自身 App 內(nèi)不能包含提示更新功能。從2015年3月起，所有包含檢查更新功能的 App 都會(huì)被拒絕上架。

5.使用第三方登錄時(shí)未做安裝檢測(cè)

接入第三方登錄要檢測(cè)是否安裝了第三方客戶端，未安裝時(shí)不要顯示對(duì)應(yīng)按鈕。2015年9月之前，通常可以采用判斷未安裝則隱藏登錄按鈕的方式。但目前隱藏按鈕的方式也可能被審核拒絕，QQ 和微博提供了 web 登錄的方式，如果判斷未安裝，需要允許用戶使用 webview 的登錄方式。蘋果在條款中有聲明不允許 iOS 應(yīng)用的正常使用需要依賴另外一個(gè) App。

6.采集設(shè)備IDFA但應(yīng)用沒有廣告功能

從2014年2月起，Apple 開始拒絕采集 IDFA (identifier for advertising) 卻未集成任何廣告服務(wù)的應(yīng)用進(jìn)入 App Store。如果 App 本身沒有廣告，ASO100.com 建議可以在審核的時(shí)候顯示一個(gè) Banner 廣告，并且放在比較明顯的位置，審核通過后關(guān)掉即可。

This does not comply with the terms of the iOS Developer Program License Agreement, as required by the App Store Review Guidelines. 7.含UGC卻未提供用戶協(xié)議及舉報(bào)功能

如果你的 App 內(nèi)有發(fā)帖等UGC（用戶產(chǎn)生內(nèi)容）功能，必須提供用戶協(xié)議，并留有內(nèi)容舉報(bào)功能，否則就會(huì)被審核拒絕。

8.上傳時(shí)沒有使用真實(shí)的應(yīng)用截圖

一直以來，蘋果都不允許iOS開發(fā)者在進(jìn)行軟件描述時(shí)提到 Android 版本，而自從2015年4月起，在 App 內(nèi)、截圖等任何地方提到安卓、Android 的文字、圖標(biāo)、系統(tǒng)界面都會(huì)被拒。曾經(jīng)有電商 App，因?yàn)槌霈F(xiàn)了售賣三星安卓手機(jī)而被拒。。。

iPhone程序必須不經(jīng)修改就能以iPhone分辨率和2倍iPhone 3GS的分辨率在iPad上運(yùn)行。即使你的App 只為 iPhone 用戶提供，在 iPad 上也必須能夠正常顯示，否則審核會(huì)被拒絕。

14.侵犯第三方版權(quán)

對(duì)于視頻、音樂、圖書類的應(yīng)用很容易因?yàn)檫@一條而被拒。另外 ASO100.com 建議應(yīng)用內(nèi)最好不要出現(xiàn)第三方的商標(biāo)，例如運(yùn)營(yíng)商的Logo、影視公司的 Logo 等。

22.應(yīng)用提交的新版本與上一版差異過大

如果你提交的新版本應(yīng)用與上一版相比，功能上變化過大，比如將游戲升級(jí)為工具類應(yīng)用，或在新版本中完全改掉前一版產(chǎn)品的功能，則會(huì)被蘋果拒絕。

Specifically, the app has a whole content swap from a Game app to a Mobile Data Tracking app, which does not provide a good user experience when updating the app.

If your iTunes Connect Application State is Rejected, a new binary will be required. Make the desired metadata changes when you upload the new binary.

23.應(yīng)用違反當(dāng)?shù)胤煞ㄒ?guī)

應(yīng)用程序必須遵守上線地區(qū)的法律法規(guī)，禁止含有賭博、色情、有償陪伴等違反法律的內(nèi)容，尤其為用戶提供付費(fèi)社交服務(wù)的APP，例如在線直播類APP，必須嚴(yán)格遵守相關(guān)規(guī)定。

24.應(yīng)用作者名與金融機(jī)構(gòu)名字不一致

針對(duì)理財(cái)、P2P等金融相關(guān)產(chǎn)品，蘋果增加規(guī)定
開發(fā)者的名字必須與APP內(nèi)的金融機(jī)構(gòu)名字保持一致，否則會(huì)被拒。
且由同一品牌的金融機(jī)構(gòu)提供服務(wù)的APP，必須發(fā)布在同一個(gè)開發(fā)者賬號(hào)跟名稱下。

如果你已經(jīng)代表委托人或者公司發(fā)布了這些APP，你的委托人或者公司應(yīng)該注冊(cè)iOS開發(fā)者賬號(hào)，并把你添加到他們的開發(fā)者賬號(hào)里，這樣你就可以在他們賬號(hào)下面提交并發(fā)布APP了。

25.應(yīng)用提供功能過于簡(jiǎn)單

應(yīng)用內(nèi)的功能不能太過單一，蘋果雖然理念中提倡“簡(jiǎn)單”，但并不代表能接受功能不夠完善的應(yīng)用，他們對(duì)應(yīng)用的核心要求，是希望能夠給用戶更有價(jià)值的體驗(yàn)。當(dāng)然，如果你的產(chǎn)品太有創(chuàng)意，可能蘋果的審核員沒能理解它的獨(dú)到之處，這樣的情況下，你可以通過申訴來更詳細(xì)的描述產(chǎn)品優(yōu)勢(shì)，以便通過審核。

被拒很正常 ,之前上線過一些webapp版本，就是個(gè)web頁(yè)面+一個(gè)殼，但是客戶需要這東西呀，想法設(shè)法的上線，后來寫了一個(gè)偽界面，弄出幾個(gè)復(fù)雜原生頁(yè)面來，然后增加一個(gè)時(shí)間判斷，等到一個(gè)月以后再加載客戶需要的界面，沒想到這樣做居然通過了。

1、地圖定位方法放在打開地圖頁(yè)面，切說明使用定位的理由：“我們需要通過您的地理位置信息獲取您周邊的充電站相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)”；

解決辦法：被拒原因?qū)懼枰裁聪螺d，結(jié)合發(fā)過來的圖，我猜測(cè)是由于我們的網(wǎng)絡(luò)請(qǐng)求進(jìn)度條讓他們誤會(huì)了，誤認(rèn)為是下載，雖然寫的是二進(jìn)制文件拒絕。但是我沒有再次提交新的 iPA文件，我就解釋了下并告訴他們我們有幾萬的用戶在等待使用這個(gè)APP，請(qǐng)快點(diǎn)審核通過，果然，第二天就審核通過了，??。

這個(gè)拒絕原因說我的APP欺騙用戶？最后發(fā)現(xiàn)這個(gè)APP我是在一個(gè)SDK的Dome的工程基礎(chǔ)上直接修改的，里面有SDK，Dome等字樣，而且在隱蔽的 InfoPlist.strings文件中居然設(shè)置的APP顯示的名字是 XXXSDK_Dome，估計(jì)審核時(shí)app的名稱就不是我提交到 iTunConnect 的名字，所以才會(huì)說我欺騙消費(fèi)者，于是我修改了工程名稱，文件夾名稱，改好了重新提交了。

5.2.3 - Facilitate illegal file sharing or include the ability to save, convert, or download media from third party sources without explicit authorization from those sources
5.3.4 - Do not have the necessary licensing and permissions for all the locations where the app is used

Before we can continue with our review, please confirm that this app does not violate any of the above guidelines. You may reply to this message in Resolution Center or the App Review Information section in App Store Connect to verify this app’s compliance.

承接上面 28 的被拒理由后又出現(xiàn)了這個(gè)審核被拒，上面說的挺嚴(yán)重的，又是會(huì)被移除應(yīng)用，又是開發(fā)者賬號(hào)可能會(huì)被注銷掉，有點(diǎn)嚇人。
我就回復(fù)了我的應(yīng)用沒有違反上述任何條例，請(qǐng)盡快審核通過，因?yàn)閹资f人在等待使用這款應(yīng)用。又重新提交了。
