今天我們來聊聊效率手冊。
世界上大概有兩種人：一種使用效率手冊，另一種沒有。
開個小玩笑！但這恰好是我與女友的情況。
她迄今為止已用了差不多有十本這樣的效率手冊了，意思是用了將近十年。
我的話，不知為啥，近三年我都有一本效率手冊。（自己購買或者她贈送的），但我始終沒有堅持使用超過三個月。
我們倆的差別是不是非常之大啊！
所以我心中喟嘆一聲：“好吧，就這樣了！”，我確信我是不會再使用它了。（是的！）
效率手冊為何物？
這種筆記本，你可以用來制定計劃、安排事物或例行公事。換句話說，它能幫你完成你的目標，無論是日目標、月目標還是年目標。
效率手冊就是一種工具，我相信你同意吧。如果它是一種工具，那么一個人就有自由選擇去使用它/不使用它，對吧？關鍵不在于手冊，而在于使用它的人。手冊作為工具本身沒有對與錯。
效率手冊的背后隱藏了什么？它的邏輯是什么？
它背后的邏輯是反向的。
什么意思呢？
首先，你需要有一個大的目標。然后把這個大目標分成中目標，中目標又分成小目標，這樣分下去。直到分到可以被執行，這通常是指分配到每一天的目標。
所以，你拿到手的效率手冊通常都是以每一天來使用的——即每日計劃，然后有每月計劃，最終實現你的年度目標。
做計劃還是不做計劃？哪一個更好？
一個使用效率手冊的人，通常被認為是有計劃的人；而一個不使用效率手冊的人，通常被認為是沒有計劃的人。
我認為這不是事實。因為盡管我不使用效率手冊，但是我還是會計劃。我只是覺得效率手冊這種手冊不適合我而已。我當然還是會計劃的，舉個例子，我會使用代辦清單（來做計劃、安排事宜）。我甚至不需要使用實體的紙張或者筆記本，我可以用我手機的記事本。
所以，使用/不使用效率手冊并不能說明你是一個有/沒有計劃的人。僅僅當你真心認為使用效率手冊是最好的方式時，這就是最好的使用方式。
意愿最重要
如果你的意愿足夠強烈，那么去使用效率手冊吧。這一點問題沒有。
但如果你的意愿不足夠，那么盡管不去使用它吧。這不是一種罪。
積極面與消極面
使用或不使用效率手冊，都有其積極面與消極面。
使用效率筆記的人，可能會導致打卡上癮癥，就是為了完成任務而完成任務。
不使用效率的人，可能會養成拖延的習慣。
沒有暴露度就沒有計劃
有一個心理咨詢師曾說過，一個沒有找到他想做的事情，是因為暴露度不夠。他在這個世界上的暴露度還不夠多。
也就是說，如果你想找到你人生的目標或激情，你需要足夠多的暴露度。
沒有暴露度就沒有激情，沒有激情就沒有計劃，沒有計劃就無從談起使用效率筆記。
所以，確定自己先有一個目標/激情。
是否在意結果
每個人都有他的人生。每個人生都有一套哲學。
效率手冊的使用者通常在意結果，所以他們堅持使用它。
不使用效率手冊者通常不在意結果，所以他們選擇不使用它。
當一個人找到自己的人生目標/使命的時候，他無論如何都要去做的，而不會去在乎結果會怎樣。

Let's talk about efficiency notebook today.
I think there are two kinds of people in the world: One who uses an efficiency notebook, and one who don't.
Just kidding! But that's the kind of situation which my girlfriend and I are in.
My girlfriend has almost like ten of these notebooks, meaning almost a decade.
As for me, for some reason, I've got one of these notebooks for the last three years. (Either bought it by myself, or be given by her.) But I've never continuously used it over three months.
Such big difference between me and her!
So I am like: "OK, I'm done with it!", and I'm sure that I will not use it again. (Yep!)
What is an efficiency notebook?
It's the kind of notebook that you can make plans, schedules or routines. In other words, it can help you achieving your goals, whether it's daily, monthly or yearly.
The notebook is just a tools, I think you agree with me. If it is a tool, so one can choose to use it or not, right? The point is not about the notebook, but who to use it. The notebook itself as a tool is not right or wrong.
What's behind the efficiency notebook? Or what's the logic underneath it?
The logic you can look at it, is reversed.?
It means, First, you need to have a big goal. And the big goal can be divided into medium goals, and medium goals can be divided into small goals, and so on. Until it can be implemented, like daily.?
So that's the logic why you are use daily pages, and then monthly pages...
And ultimately you've achieved your big goal.
To plan or not to plan? Which is the best?
One who uses an efficiency notebook often being indicated as a planner, one who doesn't often being indicated as a no-planner.
I think it is not true. Because although I don't use an efficiency notebook, but I still plans. I just felt that this tools were not for me. Of course I still plans , for example, I uses an To-do list. I don't even need an actual paper or notebook, just can do it on my cell-phone.
So use it or not doesn't make you a planner/no-planner. It is only the best way to use it when you are really want to use it.
It's all about Willingness.
If your willingness is strong enough, go ahead uses an efficiency notebook. It's nothing wrong about it.
And if your willingness is not particularly strong, be free not to use it. It is not a sin.
Upside and downside.
Use an efficiency notebook or not. It both got upside and downside.
An efficiency notebook user may develop addiction to crossing, I mean addiction to task fulfillment.
And an user who don't use an efficiency notebook may develop procrastinating.
There is no plans when one's exposure level is low.
A therapist once said, that one who doesn't find his passion is because he/she got less exposure to the world.
So it to say, if you want to have a big goal or find your passion, you need to exposure enough to the world.
No exposure no passion, no passion no plans, no plans no efficiency notebooks.
So make sure that you find your goal/passion first.
Only if you care about the result.
Each one of person live their lives. Each lives have its philosophy.
The efficiency notebook users often care about the results, so they kept using it.
The other kind of users don't care about the results, so they chose not to use it.
And if one have found one's?passion, and one will just do it whether it's hard or not, whether the results gonna be.
