最近我們建了一個口語練習群，群里邀請了一們母語為英語的朋友來給大家做口語會話，平時沒機會和外國人直接對話或者覺得自己水平還淺不敢說的小伙伴都可以通過這個方式來練習。整個過程接近兩小時，小伙伴兒們的反應非常熱烈，連平常不愛講話或是比較害羞的小伙伴兒也都參與進來了。

參與練習的小伙伴基本都是有一定的英語閱讀基礎，但是由于平時缺乏應用的環境，所以口語一直得不到提高。在這次練習中，我們以話題式進行，選擇跟小伙伴兒們密切相關的話題點來進行交流，比如自我介紹，學習，工作，興趣愛好等，聊起來非常順暢。很多小伙伴兒都是第一次接觸外國老師，竟然能都聽懂，課后都非常興奮。雖然有些小伙伴兒可能沒有參與到引導老師和外籍老師的對話練習中來，不過都覺得形式很棒，可以算是一次全英文聽力練習。
那么，在這個過程中，我們是如何進行這個口語練習的呢？首先，引導老師會發布話題，比如說自我介紹，那么同學們就可以圍繞這個話題和引導老師，外籍老師進行交流，互動問題，如果過程中有不太跟得上的問題和內容，引導老師會換方式進行解釋，我們在群里也會輔導發送核心關鍵詞和內容，一是幫助沒有聽懂問題的同學進行理解，二是，讓還沒有參與到練習的同學一同進入情境一起思考。
