面試的時候，讓我用TableView寫個多選框
<Fuck> 我沒寫出來！</Fuck>

今天抽空敲了下多選/單選，算是對一個多月前那次面試的畫一個圓滿的句號。
兩種方法對應不同的需求。

代理實現
