Summary
Doctors operated a mummy who was an Egyptian woman, died in 800 B.C. She proved to be an Shepenmut mummy and a singer in the Temple of Thebes. Doctors perfomed this operation in order to find out whether this woman was died of a rare disease. After removing a section from the mummy and sending it to laboratory, Unexpectedly, a small wax figure of the god Duamutef was found inside the mummy . Though, they still had no idea why the woman died. They feared that the mummy would fall to pieces. But she successfully came through the operation.
