流程概覽
- Presales（售前）
例如直郵，展銷等能夠促進銷售流程發生
還包括Inquery（詢價）和Quotation（報價），這些行為需要在系統中留存憑證。如果客戶place an order（下單），前期的Inquery和Quotation是可以查詢的 - Sales Order（銷售訂單）
Sales Order包含所有整個處理周期的信息，例如Customer信息，Material信息，Price信息，Delivery信息，Shipping信息，Billing（開票）信息 - Procurement（采購）
采購不是指本公司從外部公司采購，而是為客戶的訂單獲取物料
方式多種，例如： - Available Stock（可用庫存）
- Replenishment（補貨）
- Make-to-Order Production（按訂單生產）
- 通過外部供應商
- Stock Transfer（庫存轉儲）
- Shipping（裝運）
此流程從創建Delivery Document（交貨憑證）時開始，包括多個子流程，例如：transfer（轉儲，倉庫內的移動）， picking，packing，monitoring of transport，posting the goods issue（過賬發貨，這時才會真正產生庫存數量的改變） - Billing（開票）
從Sales Order和Delivery Document中復制數據生成Billing Document（開票憑證），Billing Document可用于創建Invoice（發票）和監控客戶付款 - Payment（付款）

創建銷售訂單
- 創建訂單
一個Sales Document（銷售憑證）存在范圍在一個Sales Area里
一個Sales Order可以是從一個Inquery或者Quotation創建并復制過來的
一個Quotation可以產生多個Sales Order。例如將一個Quotation拆分成多個Sales Order - Sales Document結構
一個Sales Document包含三大塊： - Header（抬頭）：對于整個Document都有效的信息，例如客戶信息
- Item（項目）：每個項目包含不同的數據，例如Material，數量，價格等
- Schedule Line（計劃行）：一個Item包含多個Schedule Line。其中包含交貨數量和交貨信息，用于分批交貨

Shipping（裝運）處理
創建Outbound Delivery（外向交貨）
Outbound Delivery是針對即將Shipping的訂單創建的。可以為多張Order創建一張Outbound Delivery，也可以為一張訂單創建多個Outbound Delivery。一個Delivery Document分為兩大塊：Header：對于整個憑證都有效，例如運達方數據
Item：每個項目自己的數據，例如物料數量等
Picking（撿貨）
在此過程為Outbound Delivery創建Transfer Order（轉儲單）。Posting Goods Issue（過賬發貨）
庫存數量在這個過程中才會真正發生變化
在此過程中更新所有的銷售憑證
Billing Document（開票憑證）處理

類似于Delivery Document，一個Billing Document也只有兩大塊 - Header（抬頭）：對于整個Document都有效的信息，例如客戶信息
- Item（項目）：每個項目包含不同的數據，例如Material，數量，價格等
