I agree with the statement that students should not be allowed to bring their cell phones into the classes. Firstly, they can surf the internet though the cell phone. And there will be a lot of interesting news and games on the cell phone. They will be distracted and not pay enough attention to there study, which is their first mission as a student. Secondly, they can sort help from there teachers whenever they want.it is very convent to get the knowledge and I do not think they will need cell phones for their study.
