人做事，出發點是什么？
大義和志向不同，志向包含了自己的個人目標。所謂大義，不是利己，而是在自身之外尋求重大意義。
這是稻盛和夫說的。
老外怎么說？
People want to be on a team. They want to be part of something bigger than themselves. They want to be in a situation where they feel that they are doing something for the greater good.
這里的something for the greater good等同于大義了。
所以，“舍我其誰”和“天下英雄誰敵手”，還是不同的。
