今天的自己盡管只吃了兩餐,但是第二餐的量大,其實已經感覺到飽了,還是因為沒有抗拒住美食的誘惑吃完了,實在是罪過呀,明明知道還是要再瘦一丟丟,讓體重維持在110,現在的114還是明顯能感受到脂肪的困擾,很多動作會達不到最佳狀態。

2. Design a 15-minute group class with 10 cohesive movements and clear cues
Today's confession: Though only ate two meals, the second portion was oversized. Finished everything despite feeling full, couldn't resist the tasty temptation. Should maintain 55kg target weight (currently 57kg) - the extra fat noticeably affects movement quality, preventing optimal execution.
